What NextDesk stores

Company data comes only from public business sources: company websites, careers pages, OpenStreetMap, business registries and listings. We don't scrape login-only sites.

HR contact details are shown only when they were publicly listed, and HR emails are shown only to logged-in users. Named people can ask us to remove their information at any time (India DPDP Act 2023). Use the form below.

Your account: name, email, password (hashed), profile and resume. Mailbox App Passwords are stored encrypted. They're used only to send the mails you start and to spot replies to them (headers and a short snippet of replies from companies you mailed).

Sending rules: every mail goes one-to-one from your own address, at most 20 per mailbox per day, office hours only, never the same company twice in 30 days, and each mail carries an opt-out line. Opt-outs are honoured across the platform.
